Message From The President

I sure hope that everyone had a happy and healthy Holiday Season.   Now it's back to work to plan for another exciting year.    The board is busy making plans for some exciting programs.  We welcome ideas from any member.  Our e-mail addresses are listed under Board Members.  Feel free to contact us.  This is your organization and we want to offer programs that will interest and benefit our members.

We will be finalizing plans for the the Annual Educational Day in the next couple of weeks and we will update the web site as soon as we have the details.  Once again, we plan to keep the cost affordable and the program interesting and beneficial.  We will be able to do this with the help of our many sponsors and vendors.  And - of course we plan to have a delicious luncheon menu (as always!!)   Last year, there was a concern about those with special dietary needs.  I just want to remind you to contact Kathleen Urban for special arrangements.

I want to thank Garden City Hospital for the program that they held at their Wound and Skin Clinic in Westland.  It was really exciting to tour their hyperbaric chamber.   And the lecture was very enlightening.  A lot of new info and a great review at the same time.
